This is a one-game Showdown slate on DraftKings, with KENT visiting SSU on Friday 10/30. The captain slot scores 1.5x points at 1.5x salary, and the salary cap is $50,000. The slate locks at 10:30 p.m. ET (7:30 p.m. PT).

One caveat comes first. Our model has not built projections for this slate, so we have no projected points, ceilings, ownership figures or optimal lineup to share. What we can offer is each player's DraftKings average, which is a season-long number and not a forecast for this game.

By that measure, Dru DeShields (KENT, QB) tops the board at $11,000 with a DraftKings average of 16.3. Wayne Harris (KENT, WR) follows at $9,800 and 15.7, and Matt Coleman (SSU, WR) sits at $8,600 and 15.0. Those three carry the highest averages, and they also carry the highest prices.

The cheaper end of the pool is where the pricing looks friendlier. Onterrio Smith Jr. (SSU, WR) costs $5,200 with an average of 9.3, and Da'Realyst Clark (KENT, WR) costs $5,600 with an average of 7.3. Both let you spend elsewhere, though their averages sit well below the top tier. Jackson Sharman (SSU, QB) at $7,800 and 9.9 is the other name to note. Isaiah Ene (SSU, RB) at $7,600 and 6.7 and Brandon White (KENT, RB) at $7,400 and 6.1 are priced close to Sharman but average less, so on this data they look like the weaker buys.

Check the status tags before you build. Carson Conklin, Jordan Williams, Kyle Koontz, Bryant Collins, Curron Borders and Ajon Bryant of SSU all carry a Q tag, as do Mason King and Terik Mulder of KENT. That is a long list of questionable players, so the pool may shift as lineups firm up.

Because we have no ownership data for this slate, we cannot say where the crowd will land, and we are not publishing a model lineup or total salary. Set your lineups before the 10:30 p.m. ET lock.
