The main slate for Fri 10/30 covers two games, TL @ LOS and G2 @ HLE. DraftKings locks at 4:00 p.m. ET (1:00 p.m. PT), and the captain slot scores 1.5x points at 1.5x salary on a $50,000 cap.
Team Liquid shows up all over our model's top plays. The TL team slot costs $5,200 and carries a ceiling of 137.9, the highest number on the board, with a DraftKings average of 56.8. Quid at mid is $7,200 with a 114.0 ceiling and an 86.8 average. Yeon at ADC matches him at $7,200, with a 113.9 ceiling and an 86.7 average. Josedeodo in the jungle ($7,000, 107.6 ceiling) and CoreJJ at support ($6,200, 100.3 ceiling) round out the TL group.
The other game gets its share. Zeka at mid for HLE is $7,600 with a 111.5 ceiling and an 86.5 average, and Gumayusi at ADC is $7,400 with a 100.3 ceiling and a 77.8 average.
Value runs through the team slots. G2 Esports (G2) costs just $4,600 with a 113.0 ceiling and a 54.8 average, which leaves more room for expensive stars elsewhere. CoreJJ is also worth a look at $6,200: his 100.3 ceiling matches Gumayusi's, and he is the cheaper of the two.
The sheet gives no ownership figures, so we won't guess where the crowd is headed. With so many of the highest-ranked plays coming from one team, TL exposure is the obvious angle, and building differently around it is the way to stand apart.
Our model's top lineup uses the full $50,000. It puts Quid in the captain slot at $10,800, then adds Morgan at top ($6,000), Kanavi in the jungle ($7,200), Zeka at mid ($7,600), Yeon at ADC ($7,200) and CoreJJ at support ($6,200). Hanwha Life Esports fills the team slot at $5,000.
