Monday's single-game showdown pits KC against TEN, and the slate locks at 4:00 p.m. ET (1:00 p.m. PT). The format uses a $50,000 cap with a captain slot that scores 1.5x points at 1.5x salary, so every roster decision comes down to where to spend that premium.

Kenneth Walker III of KC tops our model's board. He costs $10,600 as a FLEX, carries a ceiling of 43.5 and has a DraftKings average of 20.5. Patrick Mahomes is right behind at $11,000, with a ceiling of 42.1 against a DraftKings average of 22.3. Xavier Worthy rounds out the KC upside at $8,600, with a ceiling of 30.3.

The best value on the sheet is Calvin Ridley of TEN. At $4,600, he shows a ceiling of 31.5, a number that outpaces his 6.7 DraftKings average by a wide margin. Travis Kelce at $7,200 and Tony Pollard at $7,800 sit in the middle tier, with ceilings of 24.0 and 20.6. Pollard and Kelce both carry lower projected ownership than the headliners, at 29% and 33%.

The crowd is headed straight to Mahomes, who is projected at 68% ownership, the highest on the slate. Cam Ward of TEN follows at 54% at $9,200, and Walker and Rashee Rice both come in at 48%. Ward's ceiling of 19.8 is the lowest among the eight top plays, which makes his popularity a spot to think twice about.

Our model's top lineup uses $49,700 of the $50,000 cap. It puts Walker at captain for $15,900, then fills the FLEX spots with Mahomes at $11,000, Pollard at $7,800, Kelce at $7,200, Gunnar Helm at $4,000 and the Chiefs at $3,800. That build pairs the chalk quarterback with lower-owned pieces around him.

Lock is Monday at 4:00 p.m. ET.
