Rams at Denver on Sunday night, Eagles at Chicago on Monday. Puka Nacua is doubtful, and that makes Davante Adams at $6,200 the first name in every lineup.
Adams didn't need Nacua out to be good. He has 11 catches on 16 targets for 221 yards and two touchdowns. Nacua played one game and got nine targets in it. Those targets have to go somewhere now, and Adams is the obvious place. Ian Rapoport said Friday night Nacua isn't expected to play and Adams "has shown he can carry the load" ([Sept. 25](https://x.com/RapSheet/status/2103634589227057624)). ESPN has Nacua listed as doubtful with the hip. Don't pay $7,700 for a doubtful player.
Stack Adams with Matthew Stafford at $5,900. He's 37 of 56 for 482 yards, four touchdowns, two picks. He's cheaper than Jalen Hurts. Caleb Williams is out. Terrance Ferguson at $2,700 is the tight end. He's caught six passes and scored once.
The Monday game is the complicated one. Caleb Williams is out with the hamstring. Tyson Bagent is questionable with a concussion and didn't practice Friday ([Brad Biggs, Sept. 25](https://x.com/BradBiggs/status/2103568848372863391)). Case Keenum took the first-team reps in Friday's practice ([Brad Biggs, Sept. 25](https://x.com/BradBiggs/status/2103567716871204891)). He's $4,000 and he's not in my lineup. You can only swap him in on Monday if your quarterback slot still holds someone who hasn't played yet, and in a Stafford build it won't.
What I'm keeping from Chicago is D'Andre Swift at $6,200. He has 34 carries for 169 yards and three touchdowns, plus six catches. A backup quarterback probably means more handoffs, and he's already getting them. Kyle Monangai at $5,200 isn't on ESPN's injury list and has 147 yards on 20 carries. He's a fine second back. Kalif Raymond at $3,800 has caught 13 of 14 targets. With a backup throwing, short throws like the ones he catches may be about all there is.
On Philadelphia's side, DeVonta Smith was limited Friday with the hamstring ([Jeff McLane, Sept. 25](https://x.com/Jeff_McLane/status/2103609893949227503)). He's off the DraftKings list now, $7,100 with 13 catches for 170 yards, and he's the Eagles receiver I'm playing. Dallas Goedert is doubtful and missed practice. Hollywood Brown is questionable with the ankle. Dontayvion Wicks at $4,100, with 147 yards on seven catches, is the cheap one if Smith doesn't fit. Hurts at $6,800 is the other quarterback worth playing. Saquon Barkley is healthy and a full participant, but he's $7,000 for six points a game. Ninety-two yards on 19 carries isn't what $7,000 buys.
Denver isn't in my lineups. Bo Nix is $5,500 and averaging 11.3. Jaylen Waddle has 140 yards on nine catches and no touchdowns for $6,700. Jonah Coleman is out.
Defense: the Bears at $2,500, and I'm fine with it.
Adams, Stafford, Swift. Let the Bears sort out their quarterback on Monday without you. @numeric_dfs
