Jonathan Taylor is my captain, and I don't think this one is close.
He has 43 carries for 190 yards and four rushing touchdowns, plus seven catches and a fifth score through the air. 27.7 DraftKings points a game. He's $10,600 in the flex and $15,900 at captain. I'll pay it.
Houston is missing its best receiver again. The Texans ruled Nico Collins out with the hamstring on Friday, the second week in a row ([Adam Schefter, Sept. 25](https://x.com/AdamSchefter/status/2103573231278121246)). With Collins out, the Houston player I want is Dalton Schultz. Sixteen catches for 175 yards, an 18.3-point average, and he's $7,200. He's the most-used receiver on this board, and his price hasn't caught up to it. He's in almost everything I build.
C.J. Stroud is $9,400. 627 yards, two touchdowns, no picks. That's a lot of yards and not many points. He's my second captain. With Collins gone, those throws land with Schultz, Jaylin Noel ($4,600, three catches for 84 yards) and Xavier Hutchinson ($5,400). I like Noel better for the salary.
Indianapolis loses Alec Pierce too. He's out with the heel and headed to injured reserve, and Ashton Dulin is out. Josh Downs has nine catches for 109 yards at $8,800 and gets the extra looks. Daniel Jones is $9,000 with 376 yards, two touchdowns and two picks. I'd rather have Taylor score the touchdowns than pay for Jones to throw them.
Tyler Warren is $8,200 for nine catches and 34 yards. He does have two touchdowns, but that's a lot of salary for 34 yards. Leave him. David Montgomery has two scores on 26 carries for 70 yards at $9,600. That's also a leave. Keenan Allen has seven catches for 37 yards at $6,200. Pass.
Spencer Shrader is the kicker, $4,800 with a 10.5-point average. The Colts defense at $3,600 is how I fit Taylor and Schultz on the same roster.
