Sunday night in Denver, and Puka Nacua is doubtful. Davante Adams is my captain at $15,300.
Sean McVay said Nacua is doubtful with the hip. Ian Rapoport reported Friday night that he isn't expected to play ([Sept. 25](https://x.com/RapSheet/status/2103634589227057624)). Adam Schefter had McVay saying Nacua could be back next week against the Eagles, barring a setback ([Sept. 25](https://x.com/AdamSchefter/status/2103545950040109243)). That's a team telling you about next week. Leave the $11,600.
Adams already showed what this looks like. Nacua was inactive Monday night against the Giants, and Adams caught eight of ten targets for 195 yards and two touchdowns. On the season he has 221 yards on 16 targets, and his DraftKings average of 24.1 is the best on the board.
Matthew Stafford goes in the flex at $10,400. 482 yards, four touchdowns, two picks. If you'd rather captain the quarterback, $15,600 is the price, but Adams is where Stafford's points are going.
The Rams run game is a straight split. Kyren Williams has 126 yards on 23 carries plus a receiving score. Blake Corum has 133 on 22. Kyren is the one who catches passes, so he's my Ram back at $8,600. Corum at $6,600 is cheaper but gives you half the work and one catch.
Jaylen Waddle is the Denver piece. Nine catches for 140 on 13 targets, and ESPN had him leading Denver in catches, yards and targets in Week 2. $9,600 flex. Adams, Stafford, Waddle and Kyren leave $6,100 for two. Evan Engram at $3,000 (60 yards, a touchdown) and Nate Adkins at $1,600 (a touchdown of his own) fit.
I'm leaving Bo Nix at $10,000. His DraftKings average is 11.3, and he's got eight rushing yards on eight carries. That isn't the Nix people pay for. Courtland Sutton has 36 yards on nine targets at $7,600, so he's out of mine too. J.K. Dobbins and RJ Harvey both practiced fully and Jonah Coleman is out, which makes it a two-man split. I'm not paying $7,400 or $7,000 to guess which half is the good half.
Two calls wait until 6:50. Colby Parkinson is questionable with a knee after missing every practice. If he sits, Terrance Ferguson at $3,800 has ten targets already. Marvin Mims is questionable for Denver at $2,600.
The Broncos defense at $3,400 is my pick over the Rams at $5,000. The Rams have Myles Garrett on IR and Kamren Kinchens doubtful. If you need a kicker, Wil Lutz.
Adams at captain, and I'm done with it.
