Caleb Williams is out. The Bears ruled him out with the hamstring ([Chicago Bears, injury update](https://www.chicagobears.com/news/injury-update-bears-rule-out-caleb-williams-will-start-tyson-bagent-or-case-keenum-vs-eagles)), and Case Keenum is expected to start ([Yahoo Sports](https://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/article/case-keenum-reportedly-expected-to-start-for-bears-with-caleb-williams-out-and-tyson-bagent-recovering-from-concussion-123914380.html)). Tyson Bagent cleared the concussion protocol Sunday ([NFL.com](https://www.nfl.com/news/bears-qb-tyson-bagent-clears-concussion-protocol-ahead-of-monday-s-game-vs-eagles)), but the DraftKings file still carries his Q. Keenum is $8,400. Bagent is $8,800. I'm not paying for either one.
I'm captaining Jalen Hurts. He's $16,200 at captain and averaging 21.4 DraftKings points. The Eagles are the only side on this board with a real quarterback tonight, and that's the whole build.
D'Andre Swift goes in the flex. He's the best player on the Chicago side, averaging 24.7 at $9,600. A backup quarterback means more handoffs and more checkdowns, and both of those go to Swift. He's my Chicago bring-back, and he's the Bear I'd captain if I wanted to be different.
DeVonta Smith is $10,600 and averaging 19.5. Dallas Goedert is out with the MCL and Hollywood Brown is out with the ankle, so the Philadelphia targets have fewer places to go. Smith is the third piece.
Saquon Barkley's 6.0 average is a lie. He left on the first offensive play of Week 2 with a stinger, and he says he's playing ([NFL.com](https://www.nfl.com/news/eagles-saquon-barkley-says-he-will-play-on-mnf-vs-bears-after-last-weeks-stinger)). The field will look at that number and pass. At $10,000 he's the leverage play if you're building more than one lineup.
The Eagles defense is $5,200 against a quarterback making his first start in years. I want it. Dontayvion Wicks at $4,400 is averaging 13.9 and fills the gap Brown left. Kalif Raymond at $3,800 is averaging 12.7 and closes it out.
