Sunday night's showdown is a single game, KC @ SEA, and it locks Sun 10/25 at 8:20 p.m. ET (5:20 p.m. PT). The format has a captain slot that scores 1.5x points at 1.5x salary, so the $50,000 cap matters a lot on this one.
Our model's top projected plays start with Jaxon Smith-Njigba (SEA) at $11,600, with a ceiling of 43.6, the highest on the sheet. Kenneth Walker III (KC) costs $12,000 and carries a 40.3 ceiling. Both have a DraftKings average of 30.0. Patrick Mahomes (KC) is $10,400 with a 31.5 ceiling, and Sam Darnold (SEA) is $9,400 with a 30.7 ceiling. Travis Kelce (KC) rounds out the group at $8,000 with a ceiling of 23.1.
The value plays sit lower on the board. Jason Myers (SEA) is $5,200 with a 20.3 ceiling, and Emanuel Wilson (SEA) is $6,400 with a 21.2 ceiling. Harrison Butker (KC) costs $4,800 and has a 17.1 ceiling, a useful way to save salary for the stars.
Several players carry DraftKings status tags. Rashee Rice (KC), Zach Charbonnet (SEA), Garrett Nussmeier (KC), Drew Lock (SEA) and Ben VanSumeren (KC) are listed as OUT, along with Robert Henry Jr. (SEA). Brashard Smith (KC) and Jadarian Price (SEA) are tagged IR. Ownership figures were not provided for this slate, so we will not guess where the crowd lands.
Our model's top lineup uses $49,200 of the $50,000 cap. It puts Kenneth Walker III in the captain slot at $18,000, then fills the flex spots with Sam Darnold at $9,400, Jaxon Smith-Njigba at $11,600, Jalen Royals at $3,400, Eric Saubert at $1,600 and Jason Myers at $5,200. The build leans on cheap pieces at the bottom to afford three expensive names up top.
Lineups lock Sun 10/25 at 8:20 p.m. ET.
