Tuesday's main NHL slate on DraftKings has 11 games, from CBJ @ PHI to BUF @ SJS, with a $50,000 cap. Lock is Tue 10/27 at 7:00 p.m. ET (4:00 p.m. PT).
Our model's top-ranked skater is Macklin Celebrini (SJS, C/UTIL) at $8,800. His ceiling of 34.8 is the highest on our board, far above his DraftKings average of 19.6. Sebastian Aho (CAR, C/UTIL) at $7,300 is next among skaters, with a ceiling of 30.3 against an average of 14.9.
Goalies take up much of the ranking. Jacob Fowler (MTL) leads them at $7,900 with a ceiling of 27.6 and an average of 14.9. Joel Hofer (STL) is $7,500 with a 26.6 ceiling, and Jesper Wallstedt (MIN) is $7,800 at 25.4. Stuart Skinner (WPG) costs $7,400 with a ceiling of 24.3, while Pyotr Kochetkov (CAR) is $7,800 at 22.6. Connor Hellebuyck (NJD) and Nick Suzuki (MTL) carry OUT tags.
The best value is Mikhail Sergachev (UTA, D/UTIL). At $6,000 he has a ceiling of 26.2 and an average of 12.9, strong for a defenseman at that price. Our model also pays down with William Carrier at $3,100, A.J. Greer at $2,800 and Fraser Minten at $3,400.
The sheet gives no ownership figures, so we can't say where the crowd will land.
Our model's top lineup uses $48,400 of the $50,000 cap: Aho and Charlie Coyle ($4,300) at C, Tage Thompson ($8,100), Carrier and Greer at W, Sergachev and Brandt Clarke ($5,500) on D, Fowler in net and Minten at UTIL. Lock is Tue 10/27 at 7:00 p.m. ET.
