Thursday's main golf slate on DraftKings is a single-event card with a $50,000 salary cap, and it locks at 9:05 a.m. ET (6:05 a.m. PT). The sheet lists the event as Golf @ Golf, so the player pool is the story here, not any matchup.

Our model's top plays start with Doug Ghim at $9,400, who carries a ceiling of 147.2 and a DraftKings average of 74.2. Benjamin James is the priciest of the group at $10,200, with a ceiling of 142.3 and the second-best DraftKings average on the list at 83.3. Corey Conners at $9,300 shows a ceiling of 128.6 and an average of 67.2, while Ben Griffin at $9,800 has a ceiling of 114.4 and an average of 62.2.

The ceiling numbers separate the top of the board. Blades Brown at $9,000 has the highest ceiling among our top plays at 155.5 and the highest DraftKings average at 85.1, all for less than Ghim, James, Griffin, Tom Kim or Wyndham Clark. Clark costs $10,900 and Kim $10,100, with ceilings of 109.4 and 99.0, which makes them the hardest salaries to justify on this list. Zachary Bauchou at $8,900 offers a 130.0 ceiling and a 70.4 average, a cheaper way into the upper tier.

For value, our model leans on the lower salary band in its lineup, pairing Lee Hodges at $7,500, Kihei Akina at $7,100 and Christiaan Bezuidenhout at $7,900 with Jackson Suber at $8,500. That spread keeps the build balanced instead of loading up on the most expensive golfers. C.T. Pan carries an OUT tag on DraftKings, so he is off the table.

No ownership figures are available for this slate, so there is no read on where the crowd is headed.

Our model's top lineup uses $49,400 of the $50,000 cap: Doug Ghim ($9,400), Jackson Suber ($8,500), Lee Hodges ($7,500), Christiaan Bezuidenhout ($7,900), Blades Brown ($9,000) and Kihei Akina ($7,100). Lock a lineup before 9:05 a.m. ET.
