Friday's DraftKings classic slate covers round 2 on 10/30, with a $50,000 salary cap and a single golf event on the board. Lock comes at 9:05 a.m. ET (6:05 a.m. PT), so lineups need to be set before then. Two names carry a DraftKings status tag: Taylor Moore is listed OUT and Billy Horschel is listed WD.
At the top of our model's ranking, the ceilings stand out. Blades Brown ($9,700) carries a ceiling of 142.4 and a DraftKings average of 85.1, the highest average among our top plays. Benjamin James ($10,600) sits just behind with a ceiling of 141.1 and an average of 83.3. Doug Ghim ($9,800) offers a ceiling of 131.3 and an average of 74.2, making him the third big-ticket option our model likes. Jordan L. Smith ($9,100) is the cheapest of the high-salary group, with a ceiling of 97.7 and an average of 66.4.
The value end is where salary relief lives. David Skinns at $6,600 has an average of 60.0 and a ceiling of 87.0, a useful number for a player priced that low. Max Greyserman ($7,100) averages 57.4 with an 88.9 ceiling, while Steven Fisk ($7,400) averages 59.5 with a 95.9 ceiling. Chan Kim ($7,500) has the strongest case in this tier, pairing a 100.7 ceiling with a 67.7 average.
The fact sheet does not include ownership figures, so we can't say where the crowd is likely to land. Anyone building multiple lineups will have to make their own call on how much to lean toward the popular, expensive names.
Our model's top lineup uses the full $50,000. It pairs Benjamin James ($10,600) with Blades Brown ($9,700), then fills out the roster with Trace Crowe ($7,900), Zac Blair ($7,800), Kihei Akina ($7,600) and Paul Peterson ($6,400). That structure spends heavily on two high-ceiling players and spreads the rest across mid-priced options.
Lineups lock Friday at 9:05 a.m. ET.
