Saturday's weekend PGA Tour slate is a single Golf @ Golf event on the DraftKings classic format with a $50,000 salary cap. Lineups lock Sat 10/31 at 11:50 a.m. ET (8:50 a.m. PT), so there is no reason to wait on rosters.
Blades Brown at $9,800 has the highest ceiling among our model's top plays at 149.6, along with a DraftKings average of 85.1, the best average on the board. Benjamin James is right behind at $10,100, with a 137.1 ceiling and a DraftKings average of 83.3. Doug Ghim at $10,200 carries a 125.7 ceiling and a 74.2 average, while Tom Kim at $10,400 has the same 74.2 average but a lower 95.6 ceiling, which makes him the most expensive play of this group with the least upside.
The sheet doesn't label specific value plays, but the pricing in our model's top group shows where the savings are. Harry Hall at $8,700 posts a 108.5 ceiling and a 60.4 average, the cheapest of the top-ranked names. Corey Conners at $9,500 offers a 123.4 ceiling, and Jackson Suber at $9,400 has a 122.5 ceiling with a 69.9 average. Both come in below the $10,100 to $10,400 tier of James, Ghim and Kim while keeping ceilings close to theirs.
The sheet doesn't include ownership figures, so we can't say where the crowd will land. One thing worth noting for roster hygiene: Wyndham Clark, Johnny Keefer, Rico Hoey, Zachary Bauchou, Kevin Roy, Zac Blair, David Ford and Kevin Yu all carry the MC tag on DraftKings.
Our model's top lineup uses the full $50,000 of the $50,000 cap. It pairs Blades Brown at $9,800 with Benjamin James at $10,100 as its two headline plays, then fills out the card with Sudarshan Yellamaraju at $8,000, Trace Crowe at $7,900, Kihei Akina at $7,700 and Tyler Duncan at $6,500. That balance of two premium golfers and four mid-priced ones is how the model gets to the cap without a wasted dollar.
