Monday's main tennis slate on DraftKings runs 11 matches on a $50,000 cap, with Etcheverry @ Berrettini, Navone @ Vacherot and Ruud @ Stricker among them. Lock is Mon 10/26 at 8:30 a.m. ET (5:30 a.m. PT).
At the top, our model has a tight cluster. Jakub Mensik ($10,600) projects at 72.2 with a ceiling of 108.4, the highest on the board. Alex de Minaur ($9,900) is right behind at 72.0, Casper Ruud ($9,600) at 71.9 and Learner Tien ($9,200) at 71.8. Because the projections sit so close together, the cheaper names get more attractive. Valentin Vacherot at $8,800 projects at 71.7, and Matteo Berrettini at $8,600 matches him.
The value plays are where the slate gets interesting. Lukas Neumayer is $4,600 with a projection of 72.2, equal to Mensik's, which works out to 15.7 points per $1,000. Tomas Machac ($5,600) projects at 70.5 and Dominic Stricker ($5,800) at 71.9. Their ceilings are lower than the stars', at 57.4, 62.2 and 65.3, so they are about saving salary, not chasing upside.
The crowd is likely to gather around three names. Vacherot, Berrettini and Nuno Borges each carry 25% projected ownership, while Mensik, de Minaur, Ruud and Tien sit at 22%. The value plays are far less owned at 6% each. That gap is useful: Neumayer, Machac and Stricker offer top-tier projections at a fraction of the popularity.
Our model's top lineup uses the full $50,000. It pairs Mensik ($10,600), Tien ($9,200) and Vacherot ($8,800) with Arthur Fery ($7,900), Matteo Arnaldi ($7,700) and Stricker ($5,800). Stricker's price is what makes the three higher-priced anchors fit.
